The complex allows for all types of views and locations with direct beachfront condos, high rise penthouse suites, harbor view cottages and more there is an option available for all budgets and group sizes to make your California family beach vacation a reality.

Oceanside is a perfect middle ground if you want to visit San Diego/Sea World (35 miles away) or Disneyland (57 miles away) other even closer attractions are Legoland and the San Diego Zoo & Safari Park.

North Coast Village is a 24 hour secured complex. You will feel like you’re at a high end resort as you stroll through the lush tropical grounds with waterfalls, streams, and koi ponds. While strolling the grounds you will find a putting green, cardio and weight room, 2 pools heated year round, 2 hot tubs, sauna, party room, game room, laundry facilities, outdoor showers, and commercial BBQ grills and outdoor eating area.
