Fletcher Hills Animal Hospital has been at the same location since 1965. It was first opened by Dr. Brown who owned the practice for over 20 years before selling it to Drs. Harold Stephens and Cheryl Clark. Dr. Scott Jacobs became the new owner in January of 2010. "Upon first seeing the practice in 2009, I was immediately charmed by the friendly staff and cozy decor," says Dr. Jacobs. "I was especially inspired by the practices' mom and pop sensibility and how it continued to thrive in an age of gentrified multinational conglomerates, big box chain stores, and fast food service. I want to maintain that sense of old fashioned hospitality while adding cutting edge technology. In additional to the latest telemedicine available, we now have digital X-rays, a digital dental X-ray system, a new Dentalaire Dental system, EKG and all the latest anesthetic monitoring equipment."
