Last June I had a problem with the water reaching my 10,000 gallon tank up on the hill. Sexton pump came out and found a leaky broken underground pipe. I dug it up and they fixed it. And we were still having a problem so they sold me a new pressure tank for $1,588.00. When that didn't help they hooked up a garden hose from a hose bib that did not get water from the tank and attached it to my home. Buying some time for them to do emergency calls and to get back to me when they had time...in other words don't call us we will let you know when we have time. In the mean time I purchased a feet hundred feet of 1-1/2" PVC Pipes and all the possible connectors to replace the broken pipes plus glue and a camera to probe into the pipes. Everything the well man would need to fix my problem. And I did let him know right away that I had done this. His idea was to dismantle the area he fixed shoot water from the well house up and to shoot water down from the tank to see if we had a blockage and could clear it. And as it was summer and real hot I told him I understood if he wanted to start really early in the morning or late afternoon to avoid the heat. Just to call and let me know. Again he stressed how emergency's came first...aka...broken pumps and I had no problem with that and still don't. My issues that I have not heard from them since June of last year. and yes the hose is still hooked up to my house.....I was also promised invoices for the few things they did and they were going to send them via email...and as of today I still have no invoices....and they have both my email addresses...home & cell numbers.....and still no contact to finish what we started. It's now been 8 months I can't imagine that they have had that many emergencies that they couldn't fit me in somewhere. And if they couldn't or just didn't want to then at least have the courtesy to let me know one way or the other.
