Hi I hurt myself swimming in the ocean last Friday. I went to urgent care and was told its a bad sprain and pulled ligaments. I thought it was mainly my shoulder but now it feels like my upper back is out. Can anyone refer me to a good chiropractor that doesn't charge too much!! I am in pain!! Thanks. :)
