Senior Citizens Legal Services is a service of Elder Law & Advocacy and a project supported by the older Americans Act funds. These funds are awarded through the County of San Diego Department of Aging and Independent Services, the California State Bar, United Way and individual donations.

As Director of the program, Carolyn L. Reilly sees to it that qualified San Diego County senior citizens ages 60 and older are provided with general legal services tailored to the types of problems most common to this age group.

Senior Citizens Legal Services provides legal services in the areas of: powers of attorney, consumer fraud, landlord/tenant disputers, real estate, social security, wills, etc. In addition to offering services to seniors, Senior Citizens Legal Services can also be of help to family caregivers of persons 60 and older.
